Cambrian Senior Living strives to provide great quality of life to its residents, especially those who are starting to experience cognitive disabilities caused by Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.

Embracing Teepa Snow’s nationally recognized philosophy,  Positive Approach to Care ™ emphasizes making use of abilities which are retained as brain functions continue to become altered. The focus is on providing support and substituting our skill for what is no longer available. The care strategies and techniques integrate what is known about brain function and neurocognitive degeneration that occur with various conditions with therapeutic approaches to foster positive outcomes, modified environmental supports, and altered task expectations that match retained or available abilities.

At both its locations, Cambrian creates a family environment that brings together residents in positive social settings.
