Our mother was there for a short six weeks, but received the best days of care-taking a person could ever receive. Your ENTIRE team exceeded our expectations. They were all 'simply the best'! The last two weeks of her life were difficult, there is no sugar coating this. We know it had to be emotionally and physically challenging for all, but NOT ONCE did anyone ever complain. Her needs, as well as our's were always addressed. It was so nice to have the staff pop in the room and ask if there was anything we needed. We never felt ignored. The compassion we saw especially from your direct care staff was pure love. You have very special people working for you so please never take them for granted. They have the true heart of care-takers and it was beautiful to witness. ...In closing there is only one regret and that is we wish we moved mom to Cambrian sooner!
