We are a resident centered care community who meets our residents unique needs through comfortable elegance, gentle care, and peace-of-mind for all residents and family members. Cambrian’s care philosophy incorporates a resident centered care model. While we have certain structured events throughout each day, we still allow residents the freedom to alter from that schedule to suit their own preferences.

All of our staff go through a continuous, customized training program that emphasizes resident-centered care at Cambrian Senior Living and also complete additional online training that helps them address residents’ unique needs. We invite experts in to cover certain areas and specialized training on dementia and alzheimer’s. Our Memory Care Team has certifications through the Teepa Snow Positive Approach™ to Care program and National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. Licensed health care professionals at Cambrian also maintain their continued education credentials.
We see living at Cambrian as an exciting new chapter in a person’s life and hope they do, too. If residents are able to maintain their own medication schedule, they do so to maintain their independence as long as possible. For those that need help remembering or doing so correctly, we offer a comprehensive program. We use an Electronic medication administration system (eMARS) which is a state-of-the-art program that tracks residents’ medications for our staff who then administers them.
We have a trained chef on site who prepares a variety of options for each meal. We also can set up individual care plans for our residents who may be in need of specific meal requirements.
